Plain English summary
- SanoPace is local-first: your fitness data is stored on your device by default.
- No account is required for V1.
- You can export or delete local data from the app.
Data we store
SanoPace stores information locally on your device, such as:
- Onboarding answers and preferences
- Check-ins (one thing, workouts, protein confidence)
- Manual entries (e.g., weight/body fat) if you choose to add them
- Fasting sessions
- Saved articles
Apple Health
If you choose to connect Apple Health, SanoPace reads selected health data to draw trends and generate guidance. Your Health data remains on-device.
To disconnect: Health app → Profile → Apps → SanoPace → Turn off categories.
Sharing / exporting
When you export or share from within the app, SanoPace generates content locally and hands it to iOS’s share sheet. The recipient and any third-party service you share with will receive whatever you send.
Analytics / tracking
SanoPace v1 does not include third-party analytics SDKs.
Retention and deletion
Because SanoPace is local-first for v1:
- Data is retained on your device until you delete it (or delete the app).
- Deleting the app will remove on-device data.
